Most of us tend to keep track of how drunk we are by how many drinks we've had and it's usually a good measuring stick.  If you want to get a more accurate reading, however, using a breathalyzer should prove a whole lot more effective.  If you'd rather not carry another gadget, though, just wear this Kisai Intoxicated watch and you'll be sufficiently-equipped for the job.
Made by Tokyoflash, it's a digital watch with a built-in breathalyzer, allowing you to check the time and your blood alcohol level at the same time.  That way, even if you forget how many shots you've downed (let's be honest, we often lose track after half a dozen), you can still get a pretty clear picture of your intoxication level any time you need it.
The Kisai Intoxicated is a digital timepiece housed in a stainless steel case and strap , so you can look dignified even while you're drooling over the bar with your eyes crossed.  The watch face is divided into two sections -- the left side displays the time in the the typically obscure Tokyoflash fashion, while the right side shows your blood alcohol level using a 10-level diagram.  Since you might end up too drunk to read what's onscreen, the onboard LED also changes color depending on your reading: green when you're perfectly sober, yellow when it's between 0.41 and 0.60% (buzzed), and red when you're drunk.

To use, simply open the sensor cap, press the designated alcohol button, and blow into the sensor for five seconds.  After that, just wait to see your results.  Features of the watch include a USB-rechargable battery that can hold for an entire month on a single charge, a built-in sobriety test game, and 3ATM water resistance.
